Solution
We launched Mootz as both a product and a growth engine—store-ready, friction-light, and built to generate repeatable UGC.
We crafted App Store + Google Play launch copy, ASO/keyword strategy, and store-ready visuals, then supported UX and onboarding flows to make the value instantly clear. For soft launch, we designed the Drops program (repeatable monthly contests), distribution loops (IG Story tagging for finalists), and community mechanics (voting, recognition, gamification via leaderboards/points/badges) to drive ongoing participation. We also laid partnerships groundwork for brand-sponsored contests and mapped an editorial layer to build authority, retention, and SEO over time.

This wasn’t about building virality — it was about building behavior. We proved that nano-creators are ready to post, share, and represent brands if the platform respects their voice. Mootz didn’t need big spend — it needed a smart system and a reason to share. We proved that with the right incentives and positioning, everyday creators can become a scalable brand engine — one post, one product, one connection at a time.
